Additional Information:
- Adhesive film: printed with inkjet with eco-solvents then laminated at 50°C on the panel side. Prints have a guarantee of 3 years in the basic version. Hot rolling lamination (50°) of an anti-UV film ensures this guarantee up to 5 years.
Three categories of adhesives:
- Monomer adhesive film (Data sheet): For short term use, up to 3 years (possibility of removal).
- Polymer adhesive film (Data sheet): for long term use: 5 years.
- Casted adhesive film (Data sheet): For application on bases with marked embossments ; long term use: 5 years.
- sandwich Dibond panel: Thickness: 2 / 3 / 4 mm: made up of polyethylene core and two external aluminum partitions. Ideal for big formats. Dimensional stability and perfect straightness. Factory processing in thermoset painting. Another look in Scratch brushed aluminium (look Inox)
The sandwich structure helps milled folds well covering the structure. The panel can also be maintained with an aluminum corner piece lacqued on the perimeter or on the side.
- Forex microcellular pvc panel: thicknesses: 3 /10 / 19 mm: light, shock proof white material that can be machined very easily (milling, drilling). Thickness has always a compact foamy look. The panel can also be maintained with an aluminum corner piece lacqued on the perimeter or on the side
- acrylic glass panel (Perspex): thickness 3 / 4 / 5 / 10 / 20 mm. Either in « crystal » look: totally transparent or opaline: White translucent. For displays, signings, publicity slides
