Lighted Signs in acrylic glass:

- Adhesive film: Printed with inkjet with eco-solvents then laminated at 50°C on the acrylic glass side.
Three categories of adhesives:
- Monomer adhesive film (Data sheet): for short term use, up to 3 years (possibility of removal).
- Polymer adhesive film (Data sheet): for long term use: 5 years.
- Casted adhesive film (Data sheet): for application on bases with marked embossments ; long term use: 5 years.
These different qualities exist in opaque versions to make panels or in translucent or transparent version for making light boxes.
- Light boxes: based on aluminum profiles of different thicknesses as per the applications (please consult us) or different shape (rounded off, bended sides,…) in aluminum sheets. The sides are in acrylic glass (Perspex – PMMA) of 3 – 4 – 5 mm. The adhesive vinyl is laminated at 50°C on the acrylic glass. Short term Quality: 3 years or long term: 5 year with anti-UV film. In these two qualities, possibility of brilliant finishing (anti-UV standard film) or matt (anti-UV film -optional). Possibility of selection in brilliant finish on matt base. Internal lighting with classical fluorescents tubes (TL lamps) or long duration fluorescent tube or with leds (electroluminescent diodes) for small formats of low thickness. Technical Cuttings
- Poster boxes: based on aluminum profiles with opening framework (Click frames). Sides in acrylic glass (Perspex – PMMA) of 3 - 4 or 5 mm as per the format + anti-reflection Perspex. Internal lighting with classical fluorescents tubes (TL lamps) or long duration fluorescent tube or with leds (electroluminescent diodes) for small formats of low thickness.
